Mid-Year Book Freak-Out Tag

Can someone tell me how and where half the year has gone by? Because I'm really confused. I even finished another semester of classes! Last year around this time I found what Blink-182 actually means, and it's so true. 182 days (half the year) passes by in what seems like a blink. I didn't do this tag last year because by the time I found time to blog, it was already pretty late. I did do it in 2016, though, and I found it to be the perfect tag to record and update your reading.

5 reasons why you should update your old blog posts

I think all of us can agree that our initial blog posts sucked.* In two months, you might feel that a post you published TODAY sucks. At least, I'm sure I would. All of us becoming better the longer we do something, and it is VERY clearly seen in blogging. Most of us (including me) simply continue on blogging while changing our style, becoming better and soon there is significant difference between our current and old posts. We usually hope that it's never seen and let it be, buried under the new posts. But that is precisely what you SHOULDN'T do. And I'm here to tell you why.

October Wrap-up || BLOG NAME CHANGE + suspiciously chilled month + readathon

Last month was strangely peaceful for me. My mood ranged from average to good, I didn't have any tests (although I've got TWO sets of tests this month and I'm already panicking) and I met up with friends a few times. It's quite suspicious and therefore I'm gearing up to face the grueling month I… Continue reading October Wrap-up || BLOG NAME CHANGE + suspiciously chilled month + readathon

A tour of my phone

Phones reveal a lot about a person. The wallpaper, font, icons, apps, everything tells something about the owner. I love looking at others' phones (and especially diving into my friends' galleries). So I thought, why not I give a small tour of my phone. What this tour will include Screenshots of how my phone looks i.e.… Continue reading A tour of my phone

8 things I wish I did everyday

I'm pretty sure what most people (including me) actually want to do is lie around, have money come to us without doing anything, eat and sleep. Oh and maybe watch YouTube sometimes. All we want to do is BE LAZY. But despite all of this, I am actually a productivity-oriented person. Only if I've… Continue reading 8 things I wish I did everyday

September bullet journal set up

Another month, another monthly set up. As I expected last month, I hardly made daily pages during the week as I was so busy with college and work (I stopped making weeklies a long time back). I only kept up with the trackers, and I think that will continue for this month as well.  So… Continue reading September bullet journal set up

My sunday morning routine

I love getting to know other people's routines. Sometimes I pick up something that I could do as well. And therefore, I thought I'd share my routine too. The reason this is named "Sunday" routine is because I have college Monday through Saturday and Sundays are the only days I do something other than the basics in the morning.

Jane Eyre || what was this + could have gone without + a love story I didn’t like

I have wanted to read classics for so long, to understand what is so special in these that so many people talk about it. Granted, many are like me too, not being able to finish reading them. I had started reading Jane Eyre quite a few months back but never finished it because it was not very interesting and doesn't capture the attention. I had bought the book purely on impulse because the cover is pretty.
