I have several great songs for y’all this month so get your earphones if you’re in public because you’ve got to listen to these.
Welcome to another post where I share my monthly favourite songs which I listened to on repeat for at least a few days each. I think I’ve got a good mix this time so let’s dive in!
Epiphany by BTS
I listened to this about a day after it released because my friend was raving about it. I fell in love immediately. I didn’t listen to any other song for over a week. Just Epiphany on repeat. Damn what a good song. It’s the best song by BTS, in my opinion. I’m also not a BTS stan so liking this song so much means it’s good.
In fact, the BTS stan friend told another friend that I’m obsessed with Epiphany. That friend, saying that if I liked it that means the song is really good, went and listened to it. And he loved it as well. (I feel validated for my music lol)
Be Alright by Dean Lewis
After loving the song Waves (acoustic) by him, I decided to listen to a few other songs. This one is my next fav of his. It’s so good.
Lose My Mind by Dean Lewis
Along with Be Alright, I was listening to this on repeat as well. The former is better but I quite liked this one as well. I really like his voice, mainly.
I Like Me Better by Lauv
Right after I watched To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, I listened to the soundtrack on Spotify and fell in LOVE with this song. I’ve never heard to Lauv before but now I’m determined to listen to more songs by the artist. One of my friends has also recommended him highly. This is the best song from the TATBILB soundtrack.
Nadir by Tender
Another BEAUTIFUL song from the TATBILB soundtrack. I’ve listened to it on repeat (along with three more songs that I’ll mention below) once my I Like Me Better obsession went down.
Human Right by The Strike
This is such a good dance song! I love the beats and the music.
Good by Erin McCarley
This is SUCH A GOOD SONG. In the beginning I didn’t like it much but it’s grown on me and now find myself singing it at random times during the day.
Lovers by Anna of The North
Another BEAUTIFUL song from the soundtrack. This played in a crucial scene in the movie and now it’s embedded itself in my brain. I find myself wanting to listen to it all the time. Soothing song with beats and beautiful vocals.
I’m curring watching the Kdrama Kill Me Heal Me and this song is played many times as far as I’ve seen. It’s played at least once every episode and now I’m listening to it on repeat. Currently listening to it, in fact. I love the female vocals.
And that’s it! Which songs did you listen to on repeat this month? Do you like the songs I mentioned? Let me know in the comments!
